cuts carrots quick
I used this yesterday and the blades worked fine for my carrots. Definitely makes prepping food much easier. I also like that it drops into a plastic bin so I can dump it easily in the pot afterwards. So far the blades seem sharp enough to handle vegetables. No issues so far.

Poor quality
After grating carrot, it left red stains which never went away after so much of washing. The peeler is also bad quality. I returned it right away and got another one.
