I wrote to the seller asking if this was normal and they never got back to me about their product. I asked if the fan option was silent or not… because i never heard a fan that was silent yet this product made NO NOISE when applying the fan option. So i do not recommend this product because it came defective and you cant forget about a response!

I was skeptical when I ordered this, but thought I’d give it a try anyway. I’ve been using about 3 weeks. I use about every other night. 20 minutes on red, and 15 on green. I feel like my skin tone is looking more even. I’ve not noticed any significant change in my crows feet but I’m gonna give it more time. So far I’m liking it
