Although this brand is not endorsed by Dr. Berg....I just tried it to see if it would do any help....and to my surprise it DID...tremendously, right upper side abdominal pain is now manageable, so it means my liver is inflamed.

we had another brand and I just ordered this one quickly because my daughter ran out and lives on this stuff... unfortunately, this brand is two capsules instead of one unlike our other brand... good product, just be careful of the dosing and do the cost analysis

I started using Tudca when I heard about it, because it was having a hard time with bowel movements being too loose, and really seeming to be rather under processed? How to you communicate that your food is not being digested correctly? Anyway, I know I have an issue with processing fats, and if I eat too much it's a disaster, I get migraines and other symptoms. Taking Tudca has helped with over all digestion improvement, I am digesting fats better and I have switched to a high carnivorous diet as a test to see how I feel on that. It's not great, not an answer for me, but it's better than what I was doing. I couldn't have done that without addressing my pancreas and liver. (It is complex and it is worth reading up on this supplement.)I'm not sure about brands, this supplement is new to me over the last couple of years. But, there are so many benefits that you may want to check it out. This product works for me, and it's good to not skip it if you are tracking actual health issues, pain or other disease states. I have a doctor who helps me with supplements, and keeps track of what I am taking, knows my 'problems'.5 stars

My friends and family call me Mr. Health Food or Mr. Vitamin, as I have been a regular taker of numerous nutritional supplements since I turned 12 many decades ago. That said, I have never taken Tudca (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid) and when I ran across it, I did some research.Yes, most of the information out there on Tudca relates to its use for digestive issues... especially liver and gallbladder problems. However, I also ran across some research papers at NIH (National Institutes for Health) that showed Tudca helps calm asthma, hyperactive airway disease, and even eosinophilic lung disorders.Almost every year, I will have a serious bronchitis flair up that will last for two to four months. This current episode has been about the worst I’ve had. I take products which help thin the dry congestion, but I needed something else to help battle this stuff by reducing the inflammation.I have been on the Tudca for 8 days now and it does seem to help thin the dry congestion and reduce the inflammation. The product itself appears to be good quality... just the Tudca and capsule. It does have a little odor, but that is the nature of all brands of Tudca. Capsules are typical size and easy to swallow. So far I’m impressed.
