This is I believe my 3rd time buying this toner and it's fantastic! Never smudges or leaks and the color is great! It lasts a very long time and I use my printer for everything. Installation is quick and easy and no fuss.

If I could leave a 'no star' rating, I would. But it won't allow for that.I learned my lesson. Do not use an item because it's cheaper. First problem: When I took the orange piece off the black cartridge, black ink spurted out all over my hands and some on my carpet....just outside my chair mat. Bad luck on that. Secondly, these cartridges would not work in my printer. Kept giving me numerous error messages such as: they were not installed correctly, they were not compatible, they were not authorized and carriage was frozen. I tried for over an hour to get them to work with no success. I finally gave up. I appreciate that Amazon approved the return and I received a credit. I immediately ordered HP cartridges. It took all of 5 minutes to open the packaging and install them.Update: Customer Service contacted me to find out why the cartridges didn't work. Turns out there is a warning on the product description that if your HP printer has the HP+ feature (even though I had terminated the feature), these cartridges are not compatible. The printer requires HP cartridgesonly. I did not notice that warning. The 4 star rating is not for the cartridges themselves, but the customer service effort to follow-up and figure out what happened.

Pourtant dans la description, ma HP était compatible... grave erreur!!! Elle ne fonctionne pas, car ils sont cloner. Vous savez, quand on veut payer moins cher, bin on à pour moins cher. Vos mieux aller en boutique spécialiser!!!!
