Good service & quality
Almost perfect, price okay for the quality! Solid material. Have tried them so far for pork, fish and beef and they work well. If the lifters were a bit thicker in material and the handles made of solid wood (metal gets warm when you work longer with them) that would give them 5 star rating!

Perfectly heavy duty
These worked perfectly on my 21 pound turkey. Never has transferring the turkey been easier. They are very sharp so you may want to keep them in the box they came in!
