I loved my Unaltered Hormone and Mood support. I felt like I had more energy, more patience, and more peace while taking this product. I would definitely recommend this, especially people who can’t figure out their hormone balance after having kids. I started taking this a year after I had my 2nd kid and felt better than I had in a long time.

I have been using this product for a couple of months. Initially after two weeks I thought what I was experiencing was mostly a placebo effect because I so desperately wanted help. I am menopausal and my symptoms have been getting increasingly worse. During the night, hormone levels swing even more drastical and mine certainly have been. This has caused me to have constant interrupted sleep; getting only 4hrs of sleep. Ugh! It was becoming unbearable and affecting my energy levels. I am not one to live in a problem so i started looking for solutions. Im not ready to go the Hormone therapy route quite yet. I have purchased a selfie stick, attach a clip on fan and keep it right next to me at night. While that certainly helped, I am still awaken by an intense heat for which I must turn (it helps when the air hits my spine..cooling me down in less than a minute) around and wait for the cooling of my torso.I was introduced to this product after trying their Unaltered Slim Tightened Tone capsules. GAME CHANGER!!!I took a capsule three a day for about two weeks and noticed my flashes where not as intense. After about a month I was sleeping longer with less episodes of hot flashes. This couldn't be. I convinced myself it was all in my mind because I so desperately wanted a solution to the interrupted nights and low energy levels. I decided to stop taking the product to see if it really was working.RESULTS: The frequency and intensity of my flashes returned in about two to three weeks!Last night I took two capsules ( you can take all three dosages at night) and while I still had flashes, they were not as frequent and I slept for 6 hours instead of 4 hrs.This product works and I'm sold.Con: the capsules are huge and for me not easy to swallow.

As I stated above, these supplements works alright and they aren't bad. They just aren't something that I will take on a daily basis like I have been doing when I first started taking them over a month ago. I will hold on to my remaining and most recent purchase and may take them every so often, like closer to the time of my cycles and I might see how that works for me on my end. I've found that these aren't much different than taking my other supplements that have some similar ingredients and others that don't have any ingredients in common with these supplements specifically. By all means if you are committed and devoted to taking these supplements every day, then that's great and good for you and whatever works.

I started going through perimenopause when I was 22 which left me with a lot of doctor's visits and hormone treatments. They are pretty large capsules but not difficult to swallow, they taste like any other supplement to me. I would say for the relief I have felt they're worth every penny. I also like that there are two options for taking these based on what you need them for. I have recommended these to a couple friends for a few other hormone related issues they have had and they also had great results.

My wife has been taking this for a few weeks now.So far her energy levels and mood have been improved.Labido changes still really not there.Seems like a solid product but I am not sure the value is really there.This bottle is only a one month supply.If you purchase the 2 primary ingredients separately, it's not only cheaper but you can get multiple months worth of vitamins. If the convenience of having an all in one option is appealing then this product is for you.

I have been taking this for 2 years and it helped with bloating, night sweats and my mood. I didnt realize how much it was helping until I couldn't purchase it anymore. The ONLY reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because it most recently went up in price making it hard to keep it in stock. I know in this economy everything is going up. I just wish for these things, it wasn't the case.
