Faulty but the seller was very helpful to sort this problem.
I have used this twice and the needles dont close back in. So frustrating as this isn’t cheap.Update the seller was very helpful in sorting this problem. I will be buying again

The media could not be loaded. needles don't come out properly and don't stay out so its not useable.

Adjustable needle length feature is good to have, works out cheaper than getting separate stamps with different needle lengths. Haven't used the product long enough to see an improvement in hair growth, but overall looks good.

Broke instantly - replacement sent
The media could not be loaded. Could I please get a replacement?The needles do not retract anymoreUPDATE: Replacement was sent out after I sent them a video of it not working. The trick is to not force turn the knob at the end by any amount. It's easy to go too far and snap the inside plastic stick.

Not too much to say since i haven’t used this product for long enough to see results , however this is the second time i have brought something like this however this particular item actually works as intended , for a young male like myself with i usually use the 1.5mm setting on my head and 2mm setting or 1.75mm setting for my beard and safe to say this diffidently penetrates skin but not deep enough to draw blood , and this sharpness and how small in size the needles are means that there is very little pain when doing this. I would highly recommend this be used alongside other items such as minoxidil oil
