Cutting edges are strong, but thin and sharp, making biscuit cutting fast and easy. The handles are sturdy. The larger sizes cut big cookies that sell well at Bake Bazaars, and the 5 inch is a good cutter for turnovers and empanadas.

These are great. And the incremental sizes are wonderful for baking and creating cut outsQuality is solid.

This is great for cutting my pecan cheese straws!!! I used the smallest one. The dough is so think it broke one cookie press and was trying to break the new one I bought. THIS was the answer. I don’t have straws but I do have neat little crackers with rippled edges, and no broken cookie press. I will use it when making rolled out cookies too. Very happy with this purchase!
