I gave this a 5 star rating so you can be one of the first things you read. The product is missing pieces. It’s missing the tip, now even without the tip it’s very easy to use. The product yanks on the hair rather than cutting it like it should. It’s more suitable for eyebrows and mustaches. The most disappointing part was the razor itself. From what I read everywhere else they’re suppose to be oily, to prevent rust... welp... our of all 20, 3 are good the rest have rust or look like someone else has used them. That’s the most disappointing part because all those blades are useless. It also says to only buy them from this particular seller and that others are fake, yet you look at the items this person has for sale, and it’s all baby items and 1 razor pen. Be careful with what you’re buying, I’d like my money back, but it’s not happening after this review.

I wouldn't recommend this item at all! I am a hairdresser in Central Pennsylvania. I bought one for my boss and one for me and we both literally cut ourselves multiple times not only getting the razor into the tube (which doesn't look like the tube pictured, you know, the tapered one).One little slip and you are gouging your/their skin right off!

I love this tool. It’s easier to use than the other razor eyebrow shapers. It is very sharp though and can it your skin a lot easier if you are not careful. I like that it comes with extra blades so I won’t be needing refills for at least 6 months or longer. I have not tried this for my hair, only my eyebrows so I do not know how well it works in the hair.

Hard to use

Unfortunately it pulls your hair and feels like it's burning your scalp. Disappointed customer here!

Haven't used yet but fool proofed ... it is what it is & you can tell it will do what its supposed to!

I like this product, after I FINALLY googled how to use it. I thought it was gonna come with instructions to make my experience better but it didn’t. Other than that it does exactly what it is suppose to do and it is VERY SHARP!

Crappy! Tacky... wacky! Blades were sharp to do the job but the pen won't hold them in place. I waited over a month after purchase to use and when I needed them... they let me down and I couldn't do what I needed them to do. I straight away threw them to the trash can.
