NipperGrip - Kids Ski Harness with handles on the Front AND Back

Just returned from a weeks ski holiday which was my nearly 4 year olds first time skiing. He had 3 days of lessons and then we used the harness to take him on the slopes ourselves. This has proved to be an invaluable piece of kit and has worked wonders. I was able to control him easily and give him a gentle tug on the reins if he started going a little fast. Great grab handle too which made hauling him up a lot easier. I would highly recommend this harness for all the budding little skiers as I don’t think he would have got the confidence he did without this.

Not hesitation there very good quality product. Very easy to use. Used for skiing with my 6 years old boy and was very helpful for the ski lifts and on the slops. I used similar harness before but without handle, on this one ( 1 front and 1 back) they are very useful, I wish I had this the previous years.

This works really well... after few runs it was really easy to control our 2.5 year old... the secret is to keep own hand wide apart when trying to get the kid turn... the handles are really handy in lifts and make also cross-country skiing much more pleasurable as it is so much easier to lift the the kid up. Some room for development still... the plastic seems durable but in the big deep hills aluminium or similar would give a bit more comfort... also I wonder if handle at shoulder could work... Still, I highly recommend this and I've skied a lot with 1-6 year olds!

We used this skiing and it worked very well being always able to hold my son (3). He wasn't going fast enough to use the strap but we just held the handles.Since getting back we have been using on a pedal bike he has been learned to ride and again it is fantastic for that. I can run alongside him and then if he gets into a wobble catch him really easily.A bonus is that we have put it on in the house and attached the strap and he pretends to be a horse ("horsey") whilst I pull him up with the strap which is a game he loves!Finally it is worth saying that we can just get it on our daughter (14 months) and could probably use instead of reins although we haven't yet. But we do expect to use it when we introduce her to a balance bike at 2 as I think she will be easily big enough by then. It will save my back which when I was helping my son to learn at the same age I had to run along holding him under his armpits. If only I had know about this then!

Awesome - made our holiday as it meant our 3 year old could join is skiing around the mountain much more. Gave her support on trickier sections and we could hold her up. A great product. Also the customer service from this company is stellar - went out of their way to get us the reins in time for our holiday.

Definitely the best gear I bought so far. My boy is 3,5 and he already knows how to ski /I wish I had that last year/ but it still very usefull. I can hold him on that long rope and he has the feel of free skiing and I have the insurance that he won't go where he shouldn't. Handle is very practical to get on a chairlift:-)))) Just love it!!!!! Will use that now to teach him how to skate.

Found this really useful on our ski holiday. The harness made it really easy to lift our 3 year old on to the chairlifts, pick him up when he fell over and hold on to him when skiing in front of us. We've yet to use the reigns attachment. One note though, the waist buckles slipped a bit when we tried it at first and we found we had to have the strap a little looser than we would have liked to keep it fixed in place. I think this was due to our we one being quite small and the belt then being set at an angle through the strap. Worked well when we'd figured out the best way to adjust it.

Bellissimo prodotto, realizzato con cura, bello, leggero, robusto e veloce da mettere/togliere. Impeccabile per utilizzo sci (bambino davanti e genitore dietro che lo guida con l'utilizzo della cinghia, peraltro colorata di un bell'arancione acceso per essere ben visibile sulle piste anche dagli altri sciatori). Molto molto bene, consigliato senza dubbio!

Nach einem 3-tägigen Zwergerl-Skikurs fuhr meine 4-jährige Tochter längstens 10 Meter und hatte Angst vor höheren Bergen. Daher entschloss ich mich zum Kauf dieses Lerngurts, obwohl ich diese Dinger vorher durchaus eher belächelt habe. Wie der erste Versuch dann ablief, kann ich im Prinzip nach wie vor nicht glauben:Ein großer Vorteil dieses Gurts kam bereits im Schlepplift des Übungshangs zum Tragen: der sehr stabile Haltegriff am Rücken. Daran konnte ich meine Tochter sehr gut halten und auch notfalls hochheben, um ihr Zeit zu geben, die Ski zu sortieren. Bei einem Schlepplift ist der Griff also wirklich Gold wert, zumal ich mich dank des Griffs auch selbst relativ aufrecht (rückenschonend) in den Lift stellen konnte.Auf diese Weise gemütlich oben angekommen (wie gesagt, vor dem Berg hatte sie unten noch größeren Bammel) fuhr sie oben sofort los und in einem Zug die 700 Meter lange Piste unter lautem Gejohle und Juhu-Rufen runter - und zwar nicht nur 1x sondern quasi ohne Pause am Stück die ganze 10ner-Karte weg. Und auch nach einer kleinen Hütten-Pause konnte sie es kaum erwarten, weiter zu fahren.Die Benutzung des Gurts ist absolut simpel, die Qualität gut (die Plastikschnallen machen wirklich einen sehr stabilen Eindruck) und man kann dank der zwei Haltepunkte sogar relativ gut Steuerimpulse geben zum Bögerlfahren. Insgesamt kann ich das Teil also nur uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Has to be hands down the best harness I have ever used. ! The handles are amazing as they aid in holding onto your child while boarding, and exiting the chair lift or just being suspended in the air being able to hold onto your child . The Harness is very well made and in my opinion they went above and beyond in quality. I would certainly buy from this seller again !
