Strictly Beds and Bunks - Quattro Pine Four Poster Bed, 3ft Single

I always wanted a 4-poster bed, I've got it now. Natural wood, sturdy construction, good looking for me. Careful, it could make your decoration ideas go wild :) The matching drawers under the bed are a perfect complement, big enough to keep quite a lot of things. The manual needs some improvement, they told me an improved version is being prepared. There were some screws missing but they arrived 2 days after I reported it, that's great customer service, I'm impressed, they won me, I count myself as their customer now. Oh my, I just love my new bed. Thanks Strictly.

Emailed company to resolve problem because there is NO ONE to answer the phone.They wanted the measurements of the wood because they think they sent out wrong size so I rushed home from work at 3pm to measure it only to find out that they were SHUT!! So another day wasted….The headboard measurement does not fit the side rails, the under bed storage is missing instructions therefore can not assemble.What a load of shamble for £198.99.Threw away the packaging because I NEVER EVER thought I’ll encounter so much problem so now I can not get a refund.Waiting for them to reply…. Will update on the outcomeSo disappointed. I only have 1 day to get someone to help me look after my baby while we assemble the bed so now I have to get help again (and that’s if the problem is sorted the 1st time round)

This is a well-made, comfortable, strong bedframe with a good finish, well-presented and thought-through instructions, and well-packaged fittings; the company also spent time to mark up the components of the frame to help customers putting it together; there is a generous free spare part ordering service, and if you need to you can call them for advice. . Delivery process was impeccable and prompt, complete with pre-delivery notifications. Four stars because the frame is made of soft, knotty timber but it's good value

The bed, what I have been able to construct of it, is nice. Solid, feels good quality.The after service however is utterly appalling. The bed was delivered missing 4 fundamental nuts and I emailed, tried to live chat and used Facebook to attempt to contact the seller to obtain these 4 nuts. Absolute silence. Their phone number tells you to email them.I can't build half the bed without them and that's where we are currently stuck.

Bought two for my daughter's. And the build quality is amazing. The instructions aren't the best, but I've got common sense.. I found them easy to assemble. Added Emma mattresses, and underbed boxes. Followed by led lighting. And galaxy curtains.. They absolutely love them.. Scored great daddy points.!!!

MY DAUGHTER IS WRITING THIS REVIEW:This is an amazing bed it makes u feel safe.But the only thing that gets in the way is the mattress it says it is memory foam in the title but it isn't,it only has about 20 inches of memory foam.awesome but i would recommend this to anyone.
