Better Product than You may think
I am very pleased with this product. It has been everything I expected it to be. It's fast and boots up well. No hesitation in moving through screens. Watch the price and the GB memory, these products go on sale frequently, vary in capacity and disappear without notice. I've purchased two in the last 8 years, and I remain happy with both. It has allowed me to have multiple office locations that fulfil my business requirements.

Couldn't be happier
After one month I couldn't be happier with my purchase. After "personalizing" Windows 11 I love the speed, TPM security, SSD drive, numerous USB 2.0 and 3.1 ports, display ports, CD/DVD-RW drive, and overall reliability. Hasn't failed me yet and I'd highly recommend it.

Nice computer
The computer works great after missing a cable and broken keyboard but Amazon fixed it they refunded me for the cable and keyboard.

Good value for the price
I would have given this a 5-star except that the SSD reads as powered on for nearly four years and it wasn't mentioned in the sales page. It didn't matter as I was migrating another SSD into the system. The sales page also listed the system as having Windows 11 installed but it was 10, also not a big deal as I upgraded to 11 without a hitch. Actually really not a negative aside from not being listed. Otherwise the system was well worth the price. It was clean, not visible damage, worked perfectly on boot up.

Disappointed
I was disappointed with the item because it took way too much time to get it up and running. Luck played a big part in finally executing a working solution. I will not purchase refurbished products again based upon this experience. I should have also performed more researched the item to find out the manufacturer's date. No built in WIFI should have been a red flag. I thought because it was equipped with Windows 11, it would be a recent product...NOT. Its small size surprised me also. It looks like I could have found a cheaper product, if I did some research.

Fast computer at low price.
Hard to believe a Windows 11 pro computer with these features can be had at this price. It's fast! Very small and light. Good buy!
