This body scrub has a refreshing feel to it and an incredibly invigorating scent as it provides Mandarin, Basil and Lime oils in a lovely vegan coconut sugar scrub. The coconut and almond oils are excellent for nourishing and hydrating the skin.I used this in the shower to exfoliate my skin in preparation for applying fake tan, and it did the job of cleansing and exfoliating well, revealing soft and smooth skin. I like the container too as it's very distinctive. Highly recommended.

This 200g jar of body scrub by Lucy Bee came neatly presented in a branded cardboard box sealed with a sticker to show that it hasn’t been tampered with. The scrub is contained within a green frosted glass jar with an aluminium metal twist open lid and both these elements are recyclable after finishing.The scrub is lovely to use and is perfect for gently exfoliating your skin – it is particularly good if you have any dry patches as the formula contains coconut shell powder which gently exfoliates without being too scratchy. It also contains coconut sugar as well which further helps revitalises dull skin, sweeping away dead skin cells and purifying it and it definitely does leave your skin feeling soft and smooth.It is easy to use by gently massaging onto damp skin, concentrating on dry patches and rinsing after afterwards. It is suggested that it should be used up to 3 times a week to stimulate circulation for brighter skin. The formula also contains vitamin E to help with the health of your skin and so far, it hasn’t caused any adverse reactions whatsoever.Due to the inclusion of the coconut and sweet almond oils this is quite an oily scrub (although free of palm oil), so the consistency may not suit some particularly those that have oily skin to begin with, but if you have drier skin, it does leave your skin feeling silky smooth and hydrated. However, due to the slight oily feeling after use I am not sure how this would affect application of a fake tan afterwards (I’m using the scrub purely for exfoliation on dry patches). The scrub is particularly ideal for areas like elbows, knees and feet and can be used to remove fake tan as well.The lime, basil and mandarin oils used in the formula create a beautiful scent and they also contain antioxidants which can help calm reactive skin. The formula is suitable for pregnancy and since it is made with 97% natural ingredients in the UK it is certified vegan as well as cruelty free. However due to the inclusion of coconut it is not suitable for nut allergy sufferers. Priced at £20.50 at the time of reviewing, this is a lovely body scrub which smells amazing, but do remember it has quite an oily consistency.

This is a very nice body scrub; it has a luxurious texture and beautiful scent. It made my skin feel fabulous after using this in a nice hot bath. It has a nice creamy, grainy texture that is perfect for exfoliating my skin without irritating it at all.A few of the things I liked most about this scrub:⭐️After use my skin felt a lot smoother and softer. In fact, I did a little test and only did one leg the first time I used it. Then I asked my husband to tell me if he noticed a difference in the way my skin felt on both legs. He picked out the one I used the scrub on easily. He said it felt softer, but it also felt firmer. I wasn’t expecting that, but I saw it as a fabulous bonus.⭐️This scrub has a very nice, fresh fragrance. It had a nice tropical smell to it, citrusy and fresh smelling. To me it smells like a margarita when I first take it out of the jar, but then it starts developing a spicy herbal fragrance the more I rub.⭐️I found this scrub to have the perfect consistency. It was neither too rough nor too gentle. My skin tends to get irritated easily, and is sensitive (prone to rash/irritation) in areas. I didn’t have any irritation with this scrub at all. It simply exfoliated my skin without making it feel like it was tearing it up. My skin felt wonderful afterwards – soft and smooth, without any oily or slick feeling afterwards.⭐️My favorite part about this is the fact that it is not only a really good product, but it is Vegan & Not tested on animals! That is why I gave it 5 stars instead of just 4. I don’t give 5 stars easily, but I truly think this is an important feature in a beauty product! It is 100% cruelty free, so I can feel good (in every way) when using this. 😊Overall, I am very happy with this scrub. I think it would make a fabulous addition to a pamperific beauty gift basket.

So I was super looking forward to trying this, on Sundays I have grooming days for the dogs and us hoomans so I was looking forward to this, sensible package, looks smart and expensive opened the pot and sniffed and yikes it smells like a lot of herbs and curry type ingredients I simply do not like :(I tried this on my legs after a shave I honestly couldn't use this any higher on my body the scent was making me gag :(My skin was super soft but no point when I don't like the scent, asked hubby to try and he didn't gag but he was not impressed with the scent either so sadly binned :( It reads up sultry and like it will be zingy but it wasn't to my nose :(

I know it doesn't look overly appealing but it is really nice.Some scrubs can be quite harsh, I don't enjoy using them often because of this. This one I don't find as abrasive on the skin and happily use it more than others I have.Now when I tried it I found it to be quite oily, you see it immediately on the skin, I was like I don't know if I am going to like this. Actually love it. It leaves your skin feeling the way it does after you have been to a salon, its fab! The oil thing won't be for everyone but your skin feels amazing/smooth a few days after using it.It smells lovely too, not overpowering.It is more expensive than some of the ones I have but I absolutely think this one is brilliant, 5/5.
