My grandson really enjoyed this

My son is Spidey mad at the moment, bought them as a gift for him and he loves playing with them. They are however not very robust, so one of them has already been damaged during play. Still nice items for the price.

The product is a reasonable purchase for the price however, it is very misleading as it claims you squeeze the legs to ‘reveal’ the hidden identities but unfortunately, it is the exact opposite. The default is to have faces showing and the mask comes down when you squeeze their legs. They’re still pretty cool but it does mean that when playing, the characters do not have their masks on as standard.

Whilst these figure are reasonably well made, the description that the masks ‘flip up’ to reveal their true identity is not quite accurate. The masks on the 3 spider characters are always flipped back to show the face. If you press the leg then the masks drop down & then go back up if released. The faces on show is the default position and it’s disappointing you can’t keep the masks down which is frustrating for my son playing with them. The mask on Spidey also does not drop down fully also which doesn’t look good. The description makes it sound like the masks are always down and pressing the leg causes them to flip up to reveal the face underneath, this would make far more sense but is not the case.

These would be really lovely if Spider-Man did not arrive damaged. Spider-Man’s mask does not go up and down like the others it stays down and does not go up when pressing the leg. Very disappointed as this is the main character my son wanted

The characters are true to the cartoon and look great. Unfortunately a few of them don’t stand themselves, and the masks only go down over their face when you squeeze their legs together (the masks spring up when you let go on all of them apart from ghost spider??) black panther’s mask doesn’t go up or down as per its design. All and all a bit of a mixed bag and not as good as I’d hoped.
