I bought this one to upgrade from my iPhone 12 Pro Max and the phone came in a timely manner. I had a little bit of an issue with the Sim card because it is an ESIM not a regular card, but the seller was super nice and easy to work with highly recommend this phone

I bought the phone as a gift. It worked for about 5 days then would not turn on or charge! Returned it and Bayside Trading charged a 50% restocking fee because it would not work! Amazon is working on a refund. But I DO NOT recommend buying "renwed" products. Here is Bayside Trading answer. Hi [e-mail address removed] , It looks like you were charged a 50% restocking fee for this return because the phone was returned back to us inoperable. It would not turn on or charge at all.
