I Love everything about this product it does exactly as described by the seller and more, the picture quality is crystal clear and sharp, the Build is of the very highest quality possible, it fits great and it is fantastic, i have recommended this product to all of my work colleagues, friends and family, Well done Jansite you have produced and excellent product for a fraction of the price that it should be fantastic value for money, i will definitely be purchasing your high quality products again,

5 star for a quality of the front and rear camera and picture you are getting on the mirror. However, I will rate it with 3 starts since it's very hard to see anything on the mirror itself due to extremely high reflection on the screen. You mostly see you face and the reflection of the rear seat and car interior on the mirror than the picture of the rear camera itself. You have to find the right angle to be able to see the picture and not reflection which it could be weird as it need to be set really high and under weird angle. If you set it like any other mirror pointing into rear window you dont see any picture but the reflection of the rear window basically looks like you have original car mirror and not camera.

So to begin with the setup was very easy and straight forward, now for the negatives.I've installed this with the rear camera attached to the rear window and during the brighter days I can't see much on the screen, the glare is rediculous. Also when using this at night, unless you are driving down a lit road, you won't see very much out of the rear camera at all. This is not a night vision camera as it states in the advert.However moaning aside, I like the mirror and the added security it has added to my car with the video being time lapsed every 5 minutes and stored on the memory card with both front and rear cameras working all the time, even with the screen off.I think that overall its not good but it does the job. Would be better if the cameras where actually night vision cameras and there was a way to stop the glare from the other car lights or sunlight.3/5 stars as it wasn't too bad on price either, however I may still try and upgrade the camera, or if all else fails pay a bit more for a legit night vision version.

When I saw the price of this Dash Cam and compared it to others with a similar spec, I thought it couldn't be true - but I ordered it anyway and it would seem that everyone else did as well, because it is now out of stock... but if you're reading this review and see it back in stock, I can highly recommend it.Now for my review...I've had a mirror dash cam fitted to my car for over 5 years, but it was one of the early ones, with a 4.3" screen in the middle of the mirror, so when I saw this 4K full touchscreen dash cam at a bargain price, I jumped at it.The dash cam comes with everything you need, including all cables, a rear camera, cigar lighter power lead, GPS unit, lots of assorted fittings/screws/screwdriver/double sided pads/brackets and even a quality 64Gb microSD card. This will get you up and running without having to buy anything else - however, if you want to use the car guard function, you will need to buy a hardwire kit instead of running it from the cigar lighter socket.There are a couple of clever features, so I'll divide the rest of the review into Pros and ConsProsThe dashcam is very well constructed and has the camera on the righthand side, so ideally suited to get the best picture in the UK.The mirror is very good quality when using it just as a mirrorComes with everything you needHas a good quality 4k front and 2.5k rear camera with excellent night visionThere's plenty of cable to wire the rear view camera, but Jansite have extra long leads available if it doesn't reach.The rear camera has a small waterproof connecting plug in the lead, about 30cm from the camera - this makes it really easy when installing the cameraThere's a useful function where you can have the mirror streaming off (so just use it as a regular mirror) but still have the GPS date/time, direction and speed displayed - I really liked that mode and that's how I use it.The voice control actually works!!! There are set phrases, like "show front camera", "show rear camera" & "take picture"ConsThe mirror comes fitted with a screen protector - a nice idea but I removed it, because it affected the reflectivity of the mirrorThe GPS unit comes with about 1.5m of lead attached - but the best place is on the windscreen, directly behind the mirror, so I had to hide the lead in the headlining - this would be the 1 situation where a short 15cm lead plus an optional extension would have been betterGeneral thoughtsThe rear camera comes with about 16ft or lead, which is enough to reach on most regular cars.The mirror weights about 380g, so make sure your existing mirror can take the weightI've included copies of the installation instructions in the review as they might help answer any other questions.

Installed the Panel, and immediately noticed that when the DVR/Panel/Mirror is switched to Reverse Camera only, the image is very dark (even thou Panel has been set to high Brightness). My Previous Jansite still works, so I tested it, with the installed camera and it was significantly brighter when using the reverse mode. What is strange thou is the Front Camera is fine. I also tested the Panel with another rear camera from Jansite (1080p) and had the same results with this DVR/Panel/Mirror, but my previous model it was fine. Another Problem I have is I have hardwired this to my fuse box, but the 24hour sentry (parking monitor) failed with a message stating that I need to install it to the fuse box, which it is. Cant comment on recording quality. Wifi Streaming is a litle fiddly, but I got that to work, but overall I cant recommend this due to poor reverse camera brightness.

As other said, the brightness is a real issue. Hardly see much because it is always glare. 3 stars for barely do the job at this price.

We had a few issues to begin with on this mirror but they was sorted promptly, now it is in full working order and love it! It's right hand side came is really useful for right hand drive cars as the previous ones I had brought was left hand and you lost part of your viewing area.This is worth the money and does the job 😊
