The technician kept following up until the RO filter was delivered. The installation was done the very next day we received the package from Amazon. The media could not be loaded.  Revised review from 5 to 1In order to get 5 star reviews they reach customers and promises goodies which never comes.Product is okay and support is delayed in Bangalore. Once issue happened - technician changed filter and made a bill of 1200. Their revised warranty on Amazon now covers only electrical items. I didn't paid because they revised the warranty terms post purchase, and good that I didn't paid as filter stopped working next day again. Next time technician came and changed some elecrical item free of cost due to warranty coverage. All this took almost 8-9 days.Major Cons- Business Ethics- Delayed support in Bangalore. Think about smaller cities.Pro- Product and price

The media could not be loaded.  Product is good and working efficiently. Water pressure is good. Water taste too nice.However it was started to leak in couple of days of installation and stopped after a week. Currently it is working fine and hope in future too will not face any leakage issue

I am writing this review after 1 month using the productProduct quality is amazing, water quality was not so good in the beginning, however after 2-3 days it also became good, pressure on the tap is also good you can fill a glass within 3-5 secs, Installation was also done by the professional, ease of use is there as the Storage capacity is for 12L so for a family of 3-4 people there will not be a shortage of fresh water at all.Giving 5/5 for the product.

21-June-2024Worst customer care.I am trying to raise complaints for the past few days. Till now, I have not received any confirmation.RO Water taste is terrible.Updating my comments: 23-June-2024I got the RO service done by Urban Clap, there are a few things that I want to highlight here.1. The taste of water is good post-service.Issues with Bepure:1. A very low-quality membrane is used, my RO TDS reading was 600 and tap water TDS is 1600. Even after adjustment, it was not improving. The water tasted like tap water. New members and alkaline filters were installed.History:Just a few days after the initial installation there was a water leak problem, Bepure sent their technical to fix it. I was not present at home to verify things myself, the problem was solved so we did not look further, but this time during this service I saw the alkaline filter was baye passed it was just hanging there doing nothing, There was a crack on the filter (which was the reason for the leak). The RO technical did not tell us and just bypassed it.I would not recommend this product to anyone, it has cost me a lot more, better to go for any other branded product.
