Not used yet bought as an Xmas prezzie for my son

The hand control is incredibly hard to control. The adverts & videos make it look easy but it really isn't & things can get very noisy & broken.

Nice little toy, hard to brake

Not outside damage at all ,was very good for few hours but after just stoping didn't moves .We read all instructions, all was good batteries changed, but nothing. I wish to return them, but its not avaliable. There are abroad.Wich is sad cuz kids like the present, but I still didn't understand why bought cars stop working. I would like to know do you have any warranty for them. And why shut I do.No present and I even can't ask for money back cuz I can't get toys from other country till 6th February

Brought as a Xmas present for my 8 years old son. Opened this morning xman day, spent 3 hours trying to get it to work, 3 adults trying and it's now 2pm and we've given up. What's more upsetting is this was the only present my son got. I couldn't afford anything else and it's all he asked for. I'm so upset. He's so upset. Genuinely ruined Xmas day for the Santa part. We have turkey but that was our Christmas.

Batteries after appropriate charging only allowed the toy to work for 30 seconds. Came with 2 chargeable batteries and this happened for both of them. Also, marketed as a stunt car, but can't handle anything except a tiled surface. Remote controls however were cool and had original ideas for control and how it moved.

The media could not be loaded.  Same fault on two different cars returned- disappointed grandson, I have now replaced with a different make
