Q: Does it come with straps to be used as a back pack or would they you have to but them separably

Each bag comes with one strap. A single bag is a bit small to be backpack in its own right. Two packs (with two straps) is the best combination. How that makes sense.

Q: Hi guys. would this fit an aero tt helmet in it? i am looking for a gift for my husband but think thisbcould be too small.

The TT versions they are pointed and longer aren't they? I do believe on a diagonal in the bag it would. I have this bag and the helmet + a days clothing fits even with cycling shoes – perhaps the shoes wouldn't fit with a TT helmet, but all else would. Thanks!

If you have a standard rack that fits above the mudguards then yes. I have two of these, as a bag can recommend, I don't carry on my bike as have Apidura but i do travel with them. Use them for spares and also as waterproof can seperate wet / dry. Its also quite impressive how much they hold. Even full with a couple of tight bungees, you should be fine if its the rack i envisage you have.
