Although I am not familiar with sauna hats, this is a perfect white elephant gift for someone with a hot tub. The hat is made of four pieces of fabric sewn together. It sits in the shape of a bell and is almost celt like material. The fit seems to be universal and allow for sitting higher of lower depending on head size.

This thing is made from really thick wool. It’s actually quite nice. The design was stitched well and I liked the details along the bottom. Most importantly though it is thick and sturdy, so it will insulate your head well. I’m super happy with this hat!
