flexi New Classic Retractable Lead Tape, Small, 5 m, Red

The media could not be loaded.  I bought the 8m long large as my boy enjoys a good run up an embankment or in a river, so I wanted something that was free moving around bushes and didn’t get stuck when I brought the lead in. It’s casing in sturdy and has a comfortable grip. The break is instant and the stop and secure button is easy to use. He does tug every now and then, so am happy to report that it feels strong and doesn’t tangle. It goes in and out with ease. It’s slightly heavier than my cord retractable lead but can’t feel it when you are on a walk since the grip and hand space is plentiful. Great product!

A little bit heavy but this is necessary for a dog over 24kg. I use it every day and it works very well.Just don’t grab the tape when they go for a chase! My mistake!! Won’t do it again. Just a mild tape ‘burn’ to fingers.

Best make I have found, easy to use, retractable, looks good, very sturdy and comfortable to hold.

This is a good lead which does what it's meant to do, feeds out easily and the brake is good, however, my crazy mutt is so nosy and wants to go up every drive and into every gate we pass so is constantly rubbing the tape on concrete and brick walls so consequently it only lasted 6 months before it finally snapped. My fault entirely! I've replaced it again and this time I'm being more careful about keeping him in check, so hopefully it will last longer this time. Should last ages if you have a well behaved dog!

This product is great. The extra length compared to a 5m one is great and definitely noticeable. I purchased this for my dog who is usually mostly off lead on walks near home. We visited an area on holiday which requires him to be mostly on lead. This is a great length for that purpose and feels nowhere near as restrictive as a 5m. The lead feels strong and high quality. Retraction is smooth and have had no issues with it so far. Seems better than our other tape style one.

more suitable for people with a,eg male or a bigger hand span the handle is quite thick not as ergonomic quite a thick handle and the curve of handle couldbe improved by being more straight however that aside it works very well ref the retraction good strong spring

Originally bought medium flexi giant lead. But I found the tape too thin. So I returned and bought this one (bought the large as i wanted a thicker clip) after viewing in the pet store. Worth it. Sturdy and retracts smoothly. 8 metres gives the dog enough room to have zoomies within a smaller space but also allows for an easier walk where she feels as though she is "off lead" given the length of the tape. Would recommend. The medium would be fine for the dog of medium size but as mentioned, I wanted a thicker clip so went for the larger size.

Bought for our little dachshund, trouble is he hasn’t got used to it being extendable. He ends up getting caught short as he gets wrapped around trees and lampposts.Good value for money, great little buy. Easy and speedy delivery.

The size of this leash is perfect and the poop/treat holder (sold separately) is a great add-on. The neon color is cool and hard to miss.

After 50 plus years of owning and fostering dogs of all sizes, I have struggled with all kinds of leashes. In 1976, while stationed in Europe, I discovered the Flexi leash. It made taking my pooches for a walk easier and I have better control over my dogs, which makes walking with them safer for everyone.

I loved this product. It's very beautiful and practice. I walk with my dog and it is perfect.
