It stopped working after few times of use.. the mic didn’t work and audio gets fuzzy background noise.

Mic not working on Macbook M1 pro but manufacturer has offered a replacement
This product works for JBL jembe speakers. Even for JBL jembe speakers, frequency is limited to 48,000 Hz. But via direct connection JBL jembe has 96,000 Hz over 3.5mmjack provided on macbook.I bought this product hoping that i could connect my mic. But the mic is not working for macbook pro M1.I checked all settings, there is 1 in and 2 out connections. but no luck even with 2 different mics and my bose headphones.The manufacturer has agreed to replace the item and also refund the amount if successive product fails
