𝗪𝗔𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 Black Fountain Pen Ink Bottle, Caligraphy Ink Refill for Fountain Pens, Brush Pens, Oblique Pens, Quill & Various Pen Types

I have little experience of writing with fountain pens, especially refillable fountain pens, so I have little to compare it to to make a well-founded review but I shall try nonetheless. On the whole it acts exactly as you might expect. Occasionally it runs slightly pale, but I am unsure as to whether this is the ink, the speed at which I am writing, or the pen itself (the pen is also new). I suspect that it is one of the latter. The ink is permanent as per the description but it does run if it gets wet. I recall from my school days that this is common of all fountain pen inks. I'm unsure as to whether the ink fades in sunlight (this might be important to some) and I'm unable to vouch to this effect. On the whole, it appears to be a quality ink for general writing and note-taking purposes and is a pound cheaper than it's nearest alternative. I have been using it happily for the last two weeks. I've tried to 'cover all the bases' and I hope my review helps. Oh yeah, despatch was pretty fast too.

Great for Chinese painting

...Not as dark as I had expected ... but really does the job

The ink is OK but it's not really Black but pale, closer to the grey end of the colour spectrum i'm afraid.Usable and not worth returning. Should have read the comments and reviews closer.

Good quality for the price.Doesn't bleed on the paper.

I like this ink but I dropped a star because it is not as dark a green as it looks in the bottle. I would say more of a light green.

Extremely poor, pallid ink.barely leaves a trace on the page. Avoid at all costs, particularly this.
