This is easy to use. It is so cute and fun to decorate notebook paper!

Great quality

This is really hard to use. The cutter cuts fine, but doesn’t release the punched paper around 75% of the time. I have to try to reach in with tweezers (the cutting space doesn’t open- it’s just a tiny slot) and dig it out, which has ruined a brand new pair of needle tipped tweezers. The top circle removes to release the center holes that are punched, but these, too, must be dug out with tiny tweezers. So frustrating to use. Ruins the product.

I use this tool as it was intended, to make reinforcements for punched holes in pages, and tags in the junk journals I make. Punched from decorative papers, these hole reinforcers are both decorative and functional. The punch is easy to use.

Love it! There is a "plug at the top that you remove to get out the scrap dot that get cut out.

Seems a bit difficult to punch out the holes...plastic may not hold up very long.

This little reinforcing ring hole punch is very handy to have and use. Definitely a good buy if you're a crafter.

By far the worst punch I have ever seen. It punched correctly six times, and then became unusable, and yes, I did open the little compartment and remove the punched out centers of the holes. That is not the issue. The issue is that the rings jam in the punch and there is no way to get them out, so once that happens the punch is rendered unusable.
