Sorry I cant remember I bought this for my grandson ages ago!

Q: Can you use these felts on glass

No they are just for paper really. They would just wipe off the glass.

Q: What is the recommended age? In one place it says 4 years but in another it says from 24 months

As soon as they can colour, mine were about 3. A really good product, they last for ages ( provided the tops are replaced properly ! and all the colours have names, brilliant.
