Excellent product
High quality no issues for a low price highly recommended to go this route than pay outrageous prices elsewhere

Lower quality than expected
Computer works fine so far, but came with peanut butter crust or something around the keys and screen, the corners are smashed where the previous owner had dropped it and the cover has a slightly off centered sticker to hide other damage, I'm sure. So all in all, it gets the job done and was the right price, but I had higher expectations, as other refurb products I've purchased in the past truly appeared brand new.

Too difficult to include a manual?
The lap top is okay but it didn't include a manual on how to operate it.

Don't purchase
I just received it on January 17th. Today January the 19th while in the middle of working on a PowerPoint presentation, it shut off and will not turn back on. Battery life was full.

No issues
Bought for my granddaughter to do her elementary school work. She loves it and it wasn't expensive. So if she were to break it, no big loss. And it is a refurbished product and it looked brand new!

Almost Perfect
The chrome-books arrived on time and they work very well. My only objective is that they are chipped or small pieces are missing from the body. It’s for my homeless center so it’s no biggie. You can’t get perfect with the low amount that was paid.

Power cord not working, no option to replace just the cord
This was disappointing, the computer itself looks to be in okay condition, but it arrived with battery completely dead and the power cord doesn’t work no matter what outlet I try or what direction I plug the USB-c end into the computer. When I use a cord without a transformer box the indicator light comes on as orange (the correct response to a wrong cord) so it seems to be just the power cord but Amazon says “because they only fulfilled the order” and “because the seller has constantly changing inventory” my only option is to return the whole thing for a refund. Y’all know how long I hunted for a Chromebook still eligible for several years of updates in this price range? I don’t want to return in over the cord! I just want the seller, Amazon— who guarantees restored electronics—someone to send me a power cord that actually works. 🙄I’ll update if/when that happens and I can actually turn the thing on.
