Great to have
Just a bit smaller than i thought but great for making quick snacks. I find myself throwing a slice of bread and cheese and meat, quick calzone.I could see even putting in leftovers and rehashing meals. I'd like to have a bit bigger but still love it. works fine over my gas range. Might have to play with temperate of fire more to avoid burning.Def will bring along if ever camping or we are in WW3.

Fun - Needs longer handles
It took a minute to figure it out without making a mess of it. The handles could be longer since this could be a fun camping utensil, but a fire would make the short handles impossible to use this. Would have given 5 stars for a longer handle.Side Note: We would recommend buttering any bread you use, because we are fat, AND it made for the perfect crunch to the outside when we made hotdogs!

Super awesome, must have
My family and I love this so so much. Works perfect every time. Use the oversized Texas toast for it. We made ham and chee, pizza, chili chee dog hot pockets and it’s the best ever. The options are endless. Everyone is getting one for Xmas

Wish it was a little bigger
Wish it was a little bigger. Does not easily fit any normal size bread or tortillas or anything like that especially with any kind of meaningful amount of fillings. Lots of waste with normal use. Great idea though. Construction seems good enough

Yes it works...but
I had seen a similar item in a reel and thought it would be neat to try.The item arrived and it appeared to be simple to assemble and use.However, when the handles were screwed in completely, the loop didn't line up completely, so I had to back out one handle. Even then, the loop is too tight to use whilst handling a HOT device!The two halves don't stay together very well when trying to assemble a sandwich, so again it requires great caution to avoid getting burned or dropping the food on the floor.Otherwise, it did work and produced a couple of ham and cheese sandwiches, which I think are more like an empanada.This item should always be used by an adult!

Not what it seems
They show cooking a hotdog size sausage in this thing. When it arrived I was shocked to see how small it was . No way a hot dog will fit in this. Maybe a brown and serve type sausage link or a little smokie. Will be returning this.

Love it!
Works on a stove burner, works in a camp fire. It was easy to get the hang of and deliverers an excellent sandwich
