The media could not be loaded.  I suffer from severe depression during the winter months, doesn’t help that I don’t get any sunlight into my house whatsoever, and being cooped up in the house with this pandemic, 4 kids distance learning, and working from home... getting out durning the day has been impossible for me .My boss actually recommended this therapy lamp.It’s been life changing for me..I’ve had about a month now, I typically use it mid afternoon, and I’m noticing a significant difference with my mood and my energy levels are also higher. My husband has also commented on a new natural glow to my skin..The product itself is compact, Lightweight and stores away nicely while not in use, It’s also very easy to take it out and set it up when I find time.. My caffeine consumption has also decreased since using this therapy lamp..The memory function is my favorite feature.. There are so many different light/brightness settings, When I found my favorite, it remembers, and will automatically set itself even if I’ve unplugged it and turn it back on, and even skip a couple days..Totally worth every penny!Highly recommended To people suffering and confined to their homes during these trying times

The media could not be loaded.  Lamp is good for the price, although not as bright as we had hoped. Ours came with a broken remote (see video - only the power button works). Not a big deal but the only option Amazon provides is a full product exchange, which requires us to either print / package ourselves and drive to a drop off point or drive to a UPS store (or pay $8!), all for what is likely a $1-2 piece of hardware. Would be great to have the option to just ship a working remote and not waste folks’ time and resources swapping out the entire product!

I have Only great stuff to say about this light! It’s really fantastic! It is really great how the colour temperature goes from a cold white ~5500 (plus medium & warm). I enjoy it on the coldest, brightest, day light, and place a round mirror in the center to do my make up and it is THE Best Makeup mirror I have EVER owned! +it banishes the seasonal affective blues while my makeup looks flawless. It is super duper bright!. I have had it for a few weeks and its perfect! I have 3 100watt bulb (equivalent) in the room and it looks like a dim lil nightlight next to this hoop of happiness! I love it. The pics don’t show how stunningly bright this is but Unfortunately it spotlights the fingerprints on my mirror. Oops. Anyway, It’s delightful on dreary days, it is outstanding as a make up light and brightens up my nocturnal life tremendously. Happy light hoop of sunshine!☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ 5 sun stars ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

It took a while to figure out how to turn it on. After testing the usb to confirm power to the base, I discovered that the ring part needed to be pressed on one side (the side 90 degrees counterclockwise from the AC adapter) until it clicked into place. Then, I was able to turn it on.So far seems to be working well to charge my phone. The touch controls respond easily to even my icy dead fingers. The light level is ambient, which is what I wanted. However, those looking for a brighter task light might want to take note and go with a traditional happy light. Those things are like having a second sun...I can't comment on the theraputic effects yet but, since the weather forecast says we won't see the sun for another week, I will give it a good testing and report back later.Edit: I do see what some reviews meant by the AC adapter plug not staying firmly in place. Unless the cord is at a specific angle, the ac plug gets pushed out of the base and the lamp will not work.

I bought this mainly for my depression. I am going to be working night shift for my new job and have been disciplining myself to stay up the nights and sleep during the day. I remember one night I was staying up I felt super depressed for some reason. I had the kitchen light turned on and everything but everything still felt like night time. I bought this hoping it’d do something to make me feel better as well as making the room look more like day time. After a few nights of using it I was pleasantly surprised by how much it actually did make the atmosphere feel more like day time and how much it actually did seem to lift up my mood a bit. Depression is something I deal with all the time and obviously I wasn’t expecting this to cure it. It definitely does seem to put me in a better mood most of the time though so overall it did for me exactly what I bought it for. If anyone deals with depression or wants to mimic the day time at night I would definitely recommend this.

Great lamp. Haven’t really noticed the therapy light aspect doing much for me, but it’s been holding up really well even though it’s almost always on because I don’t have a light in my room.

Bought a few weeks ago. Very visually pleasing, modern looking and matches my decor. It’s light so you can take it anywhere. Love that it has 3 light settings, and love the timer feature. Not sure it’s doing much for me mentally, but at this point it’s nice to have at least a hour of sunlight (even if indoors!) So far I can’t find anything negative to report.

Aestetically pleasing AND cosy feeling for those dark days of fall and winter! VERY satisfied - have been using for 3 weeks and makes me happy every time I turn it on ! Using the mid-range color.

This is a great purchase. I love using it at work in my office and it's very easy to assemble/disassemble. The round loop seems pretty sturdy and can fit into my backpack. I love that it has a dimmer as well as 3 hues for different times of the day for customized preference. My only wish is the future models if any were alexa enabled. I'm considering buying this as a gift of friends/family as it has a nicer design than most light therapy lamps. Would buy again.

This is a very modern and beautiful looking lamp. The finish is of very high quality. If the buttons can be redesigned to be apart more with the fast charge USB, it worth 5 stars!The 3 buttons are too close to each other. You have to pinpoint on it to operate, which make it hard to operate while lying on bed. Also the charging is very slow.But overall, this is very good lamp.

I had been feeling a lot of seasonal affective symptoms and having this helps me so much! My spirits are lifted :)
