will this work with the rivergrill cowboy grill?

Having looked at the picture of the Rivergrill Cowboy Grill, I do not see why it wouldn't work. We use the Rotisserie over a campfire pit that is provided by the camping site we are at. Hope this helps.

Does this come with carrying bag?

No, it doesn't include carrying bag.

can i put the electric motor on this instead of batt

Yes you can, as long as the shaft will fit in the motor.

can the battery rotate 2 whole chicken ?

I am sure you can, it has a long prong and the forks will adjust out enough, the motor surely has enough torque to handle the turning.
