Only thing that works for me, no more hot flushes which return, eventually when I stop taking them so will continue to use. They took a few weeks to balance out symptoms for me, they did not work overnight, but a great remedy for me.

I started taking this product as felt I might be experiencing some perimenopause symptoms. I’ve noticed since taking this that I no longer suffer from the dizzy spells I’d been having for over a year. I’d already tried taking iron after seeing the dr, so don’t think it’s that ingredient specifically that has helped. Generally, I feel better too. I’ve ordered a second pot!

Hot flushes definitely reduced
I've been struggling with hot flushes and hormonal imbalances for months. Using this product my hot flushes reduced and I also feel more balanced and less irritable overall. Additionally, I've noticed that my joint aches have subsided as well. Highly recommend for anyone going through menopause!

Those are the best I try so far for perimenopause after olmost a month my hot flash are completely gone and my mood is mutch better dose suggestion is 2 a day but I take 1 in the morning and still do the job and good price will buy aegaine
