This was good value for the cost. I was worried that my mugs, cereal bowls and dinner plate were going to be too large for a good fit. But they fit great. I am using the champagne flute unit for my over sized mugs and the coffee cup/mug unit for my cereal bowls. There is a good amount of quilted padding and the dividers are very sturdy. The sides are rigid so I feel comfortable stacking the dishes on top of each other. The felt separators are a little light but have great coverage to keep everything from touching. I will be purchasing more for my other dishes.

Bought several of the highly reviewed options and while they are all decent this brand is above the others and worth the extra spend. The containers are a little better built, a little thicker sides, thicker padding (bought the quilted version), and even the included dividers are a little bigger in coverage. I still picked up thicker plate protectors for higher value dishes, but the ones included were fine! Zippers seem high quality and all around amazing quality and super easy to use. Do yourself a favor and pick these up versus the others. The little extra spent will be worth it.

Highly impressed w/ this product & couldn't be more pleased! We're even more impressed w/ the fact that the walls & dividers are not cardboard/paper stock! See picture. Rigid, corrugated plastic sheets. Ironically, I would have expected the divider cells to run vertically not horizontally for added strength from above if stacking, but they're still exceptionally strong. Although, w/ the horizontal orientation, they provide added rigidity from bending & deforming from the sides. Great design, none the less... Also, they're SEWN, not merely glued or heat-sealed. Which means they can be legitimately hand WASHED without falling apart!! Just be sure to dry thoroughly in case water gets into the wall/divider cells. Double zippers are smooth & sturdy. The thick fabric pull-tabs sewn to each zipper handle are a really nice touch too. The cup/mug box has handles too, although I haven't "tested" them, as I'd personally rather carry it from the bottom. Needless to day, these will remain sturdy far longer than ANY paper/cardboard-based dish storage set & will protect the contents FAR better than any soft-walled or carboard-walled storage products... Worth noting, but by no means complaints: 1) It would be great to have extra felt dividers in case the plates/saucers are thinner & more than 12 could fit into each storage container. 2) I could find no matching box from this Manufacturer for storing large "Serving Platters" or "Bowls", etc. So I ordered a 2nd set & utilized the rectangular cup/mug box w/o the dividers to store our large platters & bowls... Of course, to fit more or deeper bowls & serving platters, their wine glass box (instead of the cup/mug box) may be better suited. 3) Related to item 1... Including Extra-large felt dividers to protect large serving bowls & platters for storage described in item 2 would have been top notch as well. But simply repurposing some small hand cloths and/or purchasing additional felt sheets & cutting custom sizes is simple enough. To summarize, I cannot realistically imagine a better China Storage solution than this product (especially for the price). Except for, perhaps, something indestructible enough (and thus far more costly) for you to kick your china down your stairs because you're too lazy to carry the storage boxes like a normal person... :-) But realistically, this china storage set has exceeded every expectation we had. The only thing I regret is not purchasing this set long ago, thus having to re-wash all the dishes each time we bring them out from storage... NOW, utilizing our china set for special occasions will no longer mean MORE prep work of washing 60+ pieces of dishware before using them... Now stop debating & order this set. Your china & holiday prep efficiency will both thank you!

Very nice set and good assortment for your tableware. Sturdy construction and padding yet easy to fold and store when not in use.

Good Quality, ease of use and zipper quality is good

This is a good set and comes with felt dividers. Worked as described and the carriers are good quality. My only issue was I’d like to have been able to order the items individually in addition to the set for serving bowls, etc. But I couldn’t find that available with this brand so had to order those from another brand.

I never thought I’d be this enthusiastic about storage containers, but these have turned out to be one of the most practical organization purchases I’ve made — which is why I’ve bought three of them. While they’re designed for wine glasses, we actually use them for coffee mugs (my wife has a serious collection). With a simple trick — placing one mug in a slot, adding a cut piece of cardboard, then stacking another mug on top — they work perfectly and keep everything protected. We now have one container dedicated to Christmas mugs, one for Thanksgiving mugs, and one for retired or sentimental cups we don’t want to part with. Everything stays dust free, protected, and neatly stored, which is a huge upgrade from overstuffed cabinets. One detail I really appreciate is the label card slot. It makes it easy to clearly mark what each container holds, so there’s no guessing when it’s time to swap seasonal mugs. The material feels sturdy, the zipper works smoothly, and the handles make it easy to move and store. If you’re looking for a smart, flexible storage solution — even beyond wine glasses — this is a fantastic buy. Highly recommended.

Very sturdy and strong. Doesn't sag with the glasses inside. Like that it has two side handles, too. The double zipper pulls are nice and smooth, too.
