can you run two of these in series? I have a 6.5 hp vac..

I haven't tried, but I doubt the one closest to the vac would ever fill...You are likely to be emptying the other one all the time, while the one near the vac sits there doing very little work.However, you should be able to run them in parallel: split the hose (Y-fitting) before it reaches the Dust Rights. Then rejoin the hoses (another Y-fitting) after the dust rights.

Will this work on a sandlaster to coll the dust

It does not work well enough for me. I got a different one
