Blue Star 1 Ton 4 Star Convertible 4 in 1 Cooling Inverter Split AC (Copper, Multi Sensors, Stabalizer Free Operation, Dust Filters, Blue Fins, Self Diagnosis, Timer, 2023 Model, IA412FNU, White)

Installed this ac as my previous was non inverter and 10 years old. Cooling capacity is very nice and being 4 star saves power too. In other reviews i didn't see this product maybe they have older versions but this ac works very well. Amazon gave me 599+ gst installation for which i didn't get any calls or msg so downloaded bluestar app and booked through it so gat the details of the schedule and then bluestar installers came and installed the ac. I had water pipe already so didn't get charged. Better you buy from outside as they charge around 100₹ per foot. The whole installation process cost me ₹707 only. Happy with it.This is my genuine experience and i would say for cooling bluestar is best. Go for it.Con: the service person sat on the outdoor unit for which i told him not to but still after some time he sat upon it. Where as i know vibrations and noise start to come from the outdoor unit when pressure is put on the top of unit as the structure frame bends and vibration starts.

Good product, enough cooling for small room up to 110 SqF.

140sq ft room becomes cool within 4-5 minutes using turbo... using for the last 3days ..till now no issues.

The Airconditioner was purchased in October. And installed in a day or two. Within 4-5 there was problem AC stopped cooling and even water drains stopped. Blue Star & its Service agency replaced the Deffective AC with brand new peti pack AC in March22. AC was serviced by them in July22.In December 22 again No cooling in AC. I raised a complaint. The second machine has gas leak in external unit. Now Blue star say Warranty is as per purchase date and Lapsed. The second brand new machine has No warranty therefore visit charges will apply to even look at the machine.I fought with them. My contention - both your machines were faulty. First one in 5 months and 2nd in 8-9 months. And any machine supplied should carry 12 months from date of installation.Now they want me to pay Gas cost Rs2800/- and Service charges650/- for repairs of the second faulty machine.Horrible experience with BLUE STAR. So much for their So called "Gold standards in service".Buyers beware. If the hardware is unreliable what's the use.

On time delivery by Amazon. Installation services by bluestar was excellent and on time. Installation guys are helpful and knowledgeable . Got 33% disc on installation by booking the request through bluestar app (I didn’t wait for Amazon to raise installation request) as soon as product was shipped, I booked the installation request on app. Stand For ODU I purchased separately on Amazon. Took additional Rs.300 for fitting the same and a 16amp plug (Rs 100).ODU is little noisy but manageable and looks different than shown in description of the product. IDU is quiet, has 4 way swing. Looks sleek and stylish. Cooling is fast. I also installed a stabilizer for safety even though Ac mentions as “stabilizer free”. ECO mode, Self clean and self diagonosis features are useful. Energy efficiency need to still wait and see.Cons:No AC hole sleeve and cap provided which was part of older model 2020.
