Great value
There are many different formulations of Herbes de Provence available and a wide range of prices. I chose this particular product because of the herbs used: rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram, and savory. The price is also very reasonable compared to others. I am very happy with the taste. I use it on eggs, vegetables, and meat. I will definitely purchase again.

No fennel seeds!
Smells amazing, happy this has no fennel in the blend.

Chef’s (French) kiss
I normally make my own Herbs de Provence with the bits and pieces that have fallen through the dehydrator grids when I dry our garden at the end of the summer. Not much work, really, but the reward is even smaller. Minuscule, really. And honestly, nowhere nearly as good as this. This is the first dried herb product I have ever bought that is better than what I get from my garden. Ever, people! Not only that, I have purchased quite a few of these blends, and it beats all of those by about a thousand miles, too. These herbs are chopped to a perfectly even size. The mince might be tiny, but it gives a mighty beautiful appearance, and packs a flavorful punch on the finished food.To give you an idea of just *how good,* I have been a vegetarian for almost 33 years. Poultry started smelling “dirty” to me about seven years before I made the change, and I think I last ate turkey at 15. Anyway, the first thing I put this on was a chicken breast for my husband. He walked by, saw the bag, picked it up, and remarked on how good it smells. I agreed. I’d already taken a few big whiffs myself. Then, the chicken started cooking, and it smelled… not dirty. It smelled pretty dang good, too. Good enough to eat. Well, not for ME to actually eat, but if I ate meat I sure would have taken that dive! This blend is absolute perfection. The herbs are flavorful, and expertly balanced. This is seriously the best Herbs de Provence I have ever bought, used, grown, eaten… you name it. This is my new go to.And because I love you, I’m going to share a secret with you. Instead of using Italian seasoning in your homemade dressing, take your one part vinegar and three parts vegetable oil and use this blend. Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, some freshly ground pepper if you like, and some Parmesan (or nutritional yeast flakes for us vegetarians), and you have the best dang vinaigrette you have ever had in your whole dang life. Especially if you use raspberry vinegar! You’re welcome.Bottom line: if you cook, you have to have this in your kitchen. There is a huge amount in this bag, but you are going to be grateful for that because you will use this on EVERYTHING. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Great Herb Mixture, High Quality
Gourmanity Select Herbs de Provence Seasoning 4 oz is a great selection of herbs. You can tell they are fresh and the mixture creates a good fragrance together with a slightly rosemary prominent aroma leader. You get quite a lot in the bag for the cost. I prefer to put it in a glass jar. I put it in my spaghetti and my parents asked what sauce I used because they'd never had "that kind". I will be using this much more in the future on alot of other dishes.

Good blend
This Gourmanity Select Herbs de Provence Seasoning 4 oz bag is a good addition to any spice cabinet. It is a blend of 5 French herbs: cut rosemary leaf, thyme leaf, basil leaf, marjoram leaf & savory leaf. It comes in a resealable bag. I do prefer a bottle though where you can pour out the contents rather than a bag where it is harder to reach in to get the right amount, especially when you get towards the bottom. The blend though is very tasty and appealing. The ingredients seem to be of high quality. The aroma is wonderful. I used this on chicken breasts and it added a lot of flavor to the dish. I also used it in rice (rice made with chicken stock and Herbs de Provence). We enjoyed that dish as well.

Fresh and fragrant
This Gourmanity Select Herbs de Provence Seasoning is fresh and fragrant. The flakes are dry, but not crumbly. This is slightly rosemary forward which I enjoy. I used this on both roast potatoes and chicken so far, and it added a nice fresh herby flavor to both.

Great for various cooking
I've been using the herbs of province for a very long time you get a lot in this bag and it really smells amazing. Primarily I put it on my chicken or shrimp and it works well for bringing out the flavors the fact that it's non-GMO is a huge bonus for me
