Good for hormonal spots/acne
I have been drinking 2 cups of this tea every day consistently for over a year, before that I would buy a batch and run out and forget to get more until a I started getting too many spots! It is great at balancing hormones and preventing acne outburts - there may be the odd spot here or there when i forget the second cup and am a bit run down for other reasons but much better than before I was drinking this. Also helps a bit with the unladylike chin hairs - less tweezering - yay!

Nice flavour
I bought this tea because I have read it can help with hirsutism and scalp hair loss in females. I have been drinking 2-3 cups a day for several months and have noticed no improvement. However, the tea itself is fine and has a nice flavour. Peppermint gives me heartburn but it seems spearmint does not have this effect. Will probably continue to drink it as an alternative to caffeinated drinks even if it never helps with the hair problems.

easy to drink and much nicer favour than peppermint
Really pleasant tea, easy to drink and much nicer favour than peppermint. I bought it because I had read it contains natural oestrogen, to start off I thought it was helping with hot flushes etc but as with everything I think your body becomes used to it. Still very pleasant so continuing to have at least three cups a day.
