Good shoes, great value
I'm on my second pair of these. I walk about 5 miles per day, and my first pair lasted well over a year of everyday use. I did insert inexpensive arch supports, which my feet have required for many years. They shoes are reasonably light, and the understated black color without obvious markings make them passable as casual dress shoes. I've already bought a third pair for the future. Mine were made in Vietnam, which I prefer over sourcing from China. I found the price reasonable for what I got. Will definitely buy again.

100% PERFECT FIT !!
I ordered size 9, and they fit me 100% perfectly. I usually buy New Balance 9.0, and these Adidas fit me just like those. The build quality is high. The soles are "Continental" brand, they make good tires. The insole looks stable. The mesh construction is heavy duty, with leather and rubber for structural support. The Inner lining is tight, and heavy duty. Good shoe laces and loop design. Attractive shoe, not heavy. Highly recommend.

Great quality
Tough pair of shoes and I hike on sharp lava rock that tears shoes apart. A little bit heavy but that’s because of the reinforced toe and sole. They are stiff at first. Took me a week to break em in but after that it became very comfortable to wear on hikes and even at work (construction). Kept my feet dry in times of rain but I will say my feet smelt bad for the first month of wearing them. I think after the water proofing wore off of the shoe my feet was allowed to breath again and that issue was no more but that’s something to be aware of.

Never hike in these in a wet environment!!
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT hike anywhere that's going to be in a wet and slippery environment...you WILL NOT have grip in a wet and slippery environment, and you will slip and fall down. The are for 100% for dry environment ONLY. I don't care who made the grip for the sole, it's absolutely no good for anything other than dry environments. Please, take my word, or you'll find out the hard way. Would not recommend for rock climbing either, HIKING PATHS ONLY. The sole of the shoe is garbage. Other than that, it fits well, and they are comfortable.

Terrex shoes/boots are excellent!
I'm in love with the Adidas Terrex line of hiking shoes/boots. I already had a pair of the boots for winter. They do very well in Michigan winter. I wanted something for the wet season between Winter and Spring, so I got these. Wore them for the first time today, put a lot of steps on them at work and they're incredibly comfortable and warm. Highly recommended.

Comfort
They are not like Adidas from years ago, very boxy feeling and uncomfortable. Also dislike the huge tongue.
