Looking to cook sourdough bread in this (to keep the house cool) on western facing deck during summer. Think it can do it? Need about a 450 degree ove

I have not cooked bread in mine.....You would probably have luck if you are in the areas with three digit temperatures this week.......I cook in it when I am at home all day and I don't want to add any more heat to the kitchen and I can re-focus the sun through the day to keep the strongest sun angle......I have successfully cooked rice and have boiled eggs in these crazy hot days in Texas......

Seems quite strong, and well made, but may require something in the middle to keep the material up when cooking. I have not used this yet, due to the lack of enough sun, but will try it, and forward a review. Hence only three stars.
