These clips are great for selling projects. Sometimes pins just don't do the job as easily as clips would. It's nice to have both tools in your toolbox. These clips are so affordable. The brand name ones at stores like Joanne Fabrics are ridiculously priced. These work just as good for a 10th of the price. Couldn't be happier.

They're perfect for sewing and crafting.

I use these in so many ways! I keep my gloves paired with them, hold potato chip bags closed, they're so much easier than pins for sewing, quilting, etc.. I use them to hold King/Queen bed sheets together so they fold more precisely. They close tightly enough to hold 2 pieces of paper together. I find it's quite handy to keep them in various places in the house for new uses I continue to find. I haven't ever bought the name-brand clips, so I don't the difference between the 2, but I find these to be quite sufficient, and I like the price of these a whole lot better! I actually bought this set because I thought there were so many in the previous package I bought, so I gave a bunch to my sister. I regretted doing that when I started finding so many new uses for them, and because I use them on multiple projects I have going at once. I recommend that you use these for at least a month before you decide to share with anyone! :-)

While making masks I ordered clips to keep the pieces together before sewing. They do not damage the fabric and are easy to use. There have been a couple of clips where the plastic has broken due to very tight metal. Having both small and larger sizes is convenient. These clips do not go under the sewing foot, but those types of clips are much more expensive, and I can use these clips up to the foot. These are a great value overall. Not disappointed.

I adore this set of clips. So hard to find this combination of styles of clips together. Never thought I would use these clips as much as I do. Now I never seem to have enough. Love the square tipped ones for holding mitered corners of binding while I'm sewing, keeping quilt pieces together, and instead of pins for lacy things like beach cover-ups. The narrow tipped clips are perfect for keeping elastic binders in the right place for projects like face masks, tool caddies, and other sewing projects that use elastic hair binders as an option instead of flat elastic. The clips with the narrow tips are also great for keeping small tight corners aligned together. The measuring tape is a nice bonus. Never can have too many measuring tapes. I've put this one in the pea pod case I keep my clips in so I always have it available for quick measurement checks when I'm using my clips. I will definitely be buying this again for myself and as gifts for my friends that sew.

I bought these to help with a quilting project. But, since they arrived I've used them for numerous sewing and some non-sewing activities. They're colorful, strong, and come in two sizes. The first set I got was short about 25 clips. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent another complete box. Now I have more than enough. Great for holding things together as you're sewing (They hold mask elastic in place while I sew, and held a patch in place while I zigzagged it into place on a pair of jeans.) and they work to hold small packages closed for pantry storage - dry beans, popcorn, etc.. I even have a couple out on my bird feeder so I can hold the squirrel shield out of the way while I refill the feeder.

Love not needing pins! Good replacement for pins! Good hold. I've been using them on smaller projects, so I don't know for sure how well they would perform on large or heavy fabrics, but very well might do well.
