Hello: The incubator needs 110V voltage to provide bulb heating; It cannot be used outdoors without power supply;

It has a thermostat that’ll keep the temp constant…but that being said regardless you probably don’t want to keep it in a room where temps are dramatically off like a garage or a seller. You want to keep an eye on temp and have a thermometer in side of it also just to stay safe.
