This is a gift for an elderly lady so I am unable to comment on taste and quality of the biscuits but they did look very temptin
I'm not usually a hamper buyer as I personally find them to be full of cheap but overpriced items.but i was impressed with this hamper it came within 2 days of ordering was well presented and well packaged and not too expensive!!!.The presentation box has in it exactly what is pictured and a little leftover space so you could always bob a box of tea or a few extra items in if you so wished.This is a gift for an elderly lady so I am unable to comment on taste and quality of the biscuits but they did look very tempting especially to someone with a sweet tooth like myself :D

Hay Hampers did a superb job
This was a Mother's Dad present ordered a few days prior. When it arrived the parcel was damaged quite badly, the total fault of Parcel Line not bothering with a package clearly marked Fragile.To my joy, the contact at Hay Hampers could not do enough to support and replace my package. They looked after me the whole time and never once did I feel I was 'just another customer'.To cap it all, the quality of the item was superb. Absolutely wonderful to hand over as gift, and extremely good quality.The good:Hay Hampers and their fantastic customer serviceThe poor: Parcel Line once again damage a fragile parcel, they are beyond terrible.
