Temperature Reading is Off
The temperature is about 50 degrees off. I replaced the thermostat and it still was the same. I got a replacement and still the same issue but only about 30 degrees off now. I can deal with the temperature being off, the problem is there is an alarm that goes off every ten minutes cause the grill does not reach the set temperature. Now my return window is closed and I can't send back! Horrible product!

Never worked properly
I’ve used my grill 3 times since getting this new controller. The first 2 times it would not hold the set temperature. The 3rd time the display was unreadable. Can I get sent a new one ?
