I bought three of these...one for each of my young adult children ages 18-22 for Christmas. They love their diffusers and use them in their bedrooms at home, college, and new apartment respectively. Unfortunately, my oldest daughter accidentally broke hers when she was cleaning. It shattered when it accidentally hit the floor. So this is a very fragile diffuser if mis-treated. Because she enjoyed the diffuser so much my husband ordered her a replacement. She was very happy! Would highly recommend.

The product is beautiful and amazing! My girlfriend loved it. It did come damaged from shipping it, but Jayne was extremely fast in replacing the broken part. Customer service is excellent and the product works like a charm. Thank you!

Let me start off by saying the customer service for this company is one of the best. I am a repeat customer and I feel like I gained a friend now. The communication from them was exceptional, the same way I felt about the diffuser. They ship it the same day you place the order, or the next very day at the latest.To come home from work with not only the smell of relaxation, but with the light show it displays as well is very soothing. Visible vapor does not come out the top but 15 or so drops of oil and the smell is wonderful.It is so asceticly pleasing on my desk.The neck is so long the vapor is barely visible but works wonderfully as a diffuser.A+ on communication. I had an issue and they sent out a replacement part lickity split.

The quality of this product is exceptional. It's easy to use and helps create a beautiful environment.

I love mine and have given as a gift to several friends and family members. Nice scent, no smoke ( can’t use candles due to smoke ), love the colorful lights, and easy to use.

Product is not good. Mine stopped working altogether after about 2 months use. The scent is barely noticeable.Only feature I liked about this diffuser is the lighting; however that stopped working too. Disappointment does not do this product justice...Edit: Ingeniuso did their did their best to provide reparations for my malfunctional product. The customer service is genuine and good, so atleast they will try to help you when something goes wrong like it did in my case.
