The setup is way harder than you expect and the instructions are horrendous, even when looking up youtube videos. The hardest parts are taking the vent off bc if you do it how they want you to do, you will break it. Instead you need to twist the silver outline and remove it and wedge 2 screwdrivers to pull the vent out. Secondly reattaching the console after you add all those wires behind the computer is really difficult unless you tether everything with tape.Big issue for me is a couple of days after installing, smoke started coming out of the unit!!! Very scary, we stopped driving for a while and we haven’t had that issue again since.

So many issues with this android screen kept disconnecting from CarPlay. No help available to fix it.

My car is 2019 Mercedes-Benz glc350e,I was hoping maybe this Carplay will be better than the 2 others that I bought, but i was wrong, This is 3th time of my purchase from two different sellers, I'm so tired of removing and installing the new one, it takes every single more than 90 minutes, I can say I'm like professional installer of this productand wiring. Same issues, 2 days after installation, display start vibrating and flashing the car OEM screen on the background of Carplay, I'm so disappointed and tired of it.

The media could not be loaded. Thus 12.3 inch screen was relatively easy to install basically all plug and play. Screen has amazing functionality an easy to use. It's really a big Android phone in your car. Does everything phone does. Good price and great product.
