how do you change the blades?

Blades are simple to change - just unclip the old blade (little plastic tab to press) and old blade slides out and then new blade clips in - less than 30 seconds and it’s completely done

Has any one ever tried peeing a carrot with this?

If you are peeing a carrot i would go to the hospital right away!!!

Can it peel Oranges,Lemons and Limes?

You can peel citrus with this, Just put a little pressure on the peeler arm as it starts, and you get zest, run a second time to get that white skin off. It even worked with pineapple, a couple runs. Still easier than a knife.

How close to a good peel does this get compared to a stainless steel electric one?

The peel in very thin. I haven't used a stainless steel one but i don't know how it could peel much thinner! It is very even also
