I loved this vinegar. I ended up doing a lot of quick pickled onions with it and they were so good.

I never knew there was a white balsamic version. Needed it for a recipe and came in super fast. The flavor is really light and just perfect for summer salads and dressings. Highly recommend.

Vinegar in general is one of those staples every household needs. I typically stick with the same brand of white wine vinegar as we use it often in our house for marinades and a lot of fish recipes. I was excited to get to try this white wine vinegar, to change it up a little bit. It has a good vinegar “zing” and a little bit of sweetness to it (most wine vinegar does). It gave all of our dishes great flavor I will definitely order this again in the future.

I have been using this vinegar along with olive oil as a salad dressing. It's light and flavorful with a sweet and sour taste. It's a little more vinegary than the red balsamic vinegar I had been using, but balanced nicely when I added some walnuts and cranberries to the salad.

Ignore the reviews from people who don't know what they are talking about... like the person that gave it a low rating because it has some sweetness, or the others that say its false advertising by calling it white balsamic vinegar in the description. Granted this does not state that the grape were Trebbiano grapes, but the fact that this is wine vinegar and "rectified grape must" does make this white balsamic condimiento. This is not a misleading description.If you've never had this before, it has all the tang of the balsamic vinegar, and some sweetness from the grape must. The process that makes this white/clear is rectified grape must, which is instead of the the caramelized sugars that you get in regular balsamic vinegar - that gives it the color and flavor. So, this is lighter and more delicate. This is a pretty good value as it's a big bottle compared to others I've bought before, which were half the size for the same price.

Nice white vinegar that can be used in various dishes. This vinegar has just the right balance of sweet and tarty. I love adding this to my salads with a little oil mixed together. I also like adding this to soups and meats to enhance the flavoring. The vinegar comes in a sealed glass bottle and arrived in thick bubble wrapping with no leaks or cracks.

This is a decent quality white wine vinegar with a sweet and sour flavor that's soft and mellow. I made a simple vinaigrette and oil dressing with this and it tastes very good (try adding a bit of pepper and garlic salt).Note that this is a white wine vinegar, not White Balsamic vinegar. The main description (text) doesn't describe this as Balsamic but a lot of the text in the description's image text does. Don't confuse this - it's a pure white wine vinegar with some grape must added for sweetness.
