SANSCO 3K 8CH CCTV Security Camera System, 8 Channel DVR 3TB Hard Drive

In April 2019 I ordered a Sansco 8 channel cctv system with 8 cameras with a 2 TB Hard drive. As advertised it arrived with a couple of days, well packed and complete with connecting leads already fitted with connectors. I had also ordered some additional cable reels as some of my camera runs were going to be a bit long, they needed routing around the outside of my house to the point where they came into the room where the recorder was to be located. Some of the cable runs did take some time to install but were easily connected and the system was soon up and running. Some of the setup instruction need study but the instructions are very easy to understand and well within the ability of somebody with little or no cabling experience. The system has performed very well with images available on my ipad as well as a dedicated monitor. Any questions I have asked the company have been answered with out fail and very quickly, I need help with one particular setup feature and I recently asked if they had a module that would allow the connection of a radio linked camera, they don't, but the thing is the reply came back overnight. I have full confidence in Sansco and will continue to use their products which are well made and pretty good for prices.

The cameras are made using metal parts and the picture is good. It is worth checking which way is upright before fastening them to a wall, which will save a bit of time in aligning the picture. The company want you to be happy with the product, and I found the customer support to be genuinely very helpful.

This is a really good system, good quality image, easy to use and excellent customer support. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this, great in the day and at night, the infa red and night vision really works, believe me we tested it a lot! I feel much safer with it and is a great deterrent. A bit complicated to view the recordings but once you get the hang of it, it's not to bad. Very good for the price and i would recommend this to anyone.

Bought 12 months ago and was unable to fit until now. One of the plastic clips was missing and had a problem viewing all cameras on tv after a few seconds just kept going to black screen. e mailed and explained my situation and they replied within 24 hrs. Over the next couple of days dortex my problems and sent new camera fixing. ThIS waS BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Asked questions about a remote control that I had with camera system as I could not get it to work. HavE emailed a few times about this and have had no contact for last 3 weeks . So this hass NOT BEEN BRILLIANT ! Cannot get anyone to reply to my emails. It is a shame as initial replies and help were fantastic

I purchased this from Amazon 8weeks ago it took all day to fit the cameras & run the wires and I was impressed until one camera went faulty Amazon now what me to take it all down box it up and send it back so I would say DON’T BUY because the warranty is worthless if you don’t what to send it all back for one little fault

I have bought this set to protect my property. Clear picture and alarm system tolet you know cameras being covered even by spider web which is good as you always want clear view. Great night vision too.
