I was experimenting with 'fat bombs' for my keto diet and wanted to try cocoa butter. I had some from a couple different brands for the plan, and used those, and it was ok. When I ran out I ordered this stuff solely because the size of the bag and price were good at that moment. To my surprise it seems... NICER. I didn't know enough about CB to know what I'd tried wasn't as good as it gets. Now I combine it equally in pot (low-heat stir) with grassfed butter, cream cheese, and coconut oil, add some sweetener (powdered swerve, or monksweet+ 'powdered' in blender), and lemon juice, lime juice, and some spices like vanilla, dried minced lemon peel, orange peel, and kaffir lime leaves (then blender, then silicone molds). Awesome sweet-tart citrus fat bombs. I am definitely getting this brand from now on.

Ok, I'm super picky about my natural foods and this one is perfection. I drink a dairy-free keto coffee every morning and had previously bought a brand at Marlene's Market for the same cost and less than half of this quantity. I thought it was great until I ran out and opened up the package of this cacao butter. I just used this one today and it's amazing. Great quality, excellent taste. I am probably headed for a 2nd cup once I finish this review.

Use it as alternative to grass feed butter for my bulletproof coffee. Rich and creamy taste kills my hunger desire for hours.

If you want to use it especially in food based products, I would strongly suggest running it melted thru a sieve to catch particulates that may have been missed. Other than that, it’s a good product. Flavor is prominent but not a problem. I use it for confectionery applications.

Ok, I melt this down and create my own Magic Shell ice cream topping. I add butter and half a meal replacement shake with some unsweet chocolate. I will shave this down with a knife, nuke for a minute, mix with chocolate and then stir in the sweet shake powder and I have Magic shell for days.My family thinks I am weird, but I love it and it saves me money. I only recently ran out and have to get more.You can use anything to sweeten the result, but I recommend a meal replacement shake with natural sweeteners.A chunk of this, a couple squares of non sweet chocolate and something sweet works.
