Great Bandages for the price!
Good to stock up in your first aid kit, vehicle, "get home" or range bags. It's always good to have extra bandages.

A Must Have
I have seen these advertised in the past and finally bought some after having my ICU Nurse wife take a look as well. The video is helpful to explain them. Bought the five pack and put them in both our vehicles and off-road buggy. Never know when you will have to save someone's life or even your own. Sure beats the single small battle dressing the Army gave me years ago. Comes double packed to protect the contents. I kept the outer packing in place in the event I need to address a sucking chest wound. A must have for your IFAC.

Good to have on hand
Bought the 3-pack. Good packaging, item is sealed - no rips, etc., states that it is sterile. Expiration date is 2027, so OK there.Like everything else it's made in China - (PRC - People's Republic of China). Cannot say more than that because to open for inspection - eg is the pressure bar adequately attached, etc. - would defeat the purpose of having a sterile pressure bandage on hand for emergencies. So initial observations are Good, with the hope that it will never be needed.

Great product and a great price
The bandages arrived as advertised. I haven't opened them or used them so I can't give an objective review of how they will work in a trauma situation. I can say however, that being a retired U.S. Army Physician Assistant, I did my research on many compression bandages before I ordered the FalconTac Israeli 6 Inch Emergency Compression Bandage Wound Trauma Dressing. I have treated many casualties in both Iraq and Afghanistan with what we commonly call the "Israeli Bandage" and they are indeed a life saver in trauma scenarios. I am building my own emergency trauma kit and ordered these to include in it after doing some research. I wish I had one to test out, but I don't want to open and break the sterility of the ones I ordered to test out the quality of them. The reviews I have read on the FalconTac Israeli 6 Inch Emergency Compression Bandage Wound Trauma Dressing were good so I feel pretty confident that it will perform as necessary should the situation arise where I need to utilize it.

Made in P.R.C....Why?
I really want to like this bandage but I really don't want to ever need to use it either. I recently purchased the 5 pack, which brings the cost per bandage to about $5.60 each; a reasonable price for an emergency product. I'll start by saying that I was happy with the double (two bags) vacuum packing. The exterior pack is a "tactical" tan color while the interior sterile vacuum bag is a clear plastic. Lot number, exp. date, and sterile date are all clearly marked with what appears to be a 3 year period (EXP.: 202300725, STERILE DATE: 20200725). One of the reasons I purchased a 5 pack was so I could open one to practice with. The first thing I found was that the OPEN HERE arrow didn't point to the "nip" in the package (it's on the opposite side.) This package is tough to grip and nearly impossible to tear without a break but will easily rip open if cut...or you happen to notice the nip on the other side. I've never handled an "Israeli" bandage before so all I can use for an equivalent is an "Ace" style compression wrap. These are of decent quality and stretch but aren't (and obviously weren't intended to be) meant to be used more than once, as an Ace type compression wrap is. I'm quite confident that in proper storage these will outlast 3 years of sterility. I suppose if the situation is bad enough to warrant the use of this then sterility won't be your big worry at the moment...but, and I can only hope that these were manufactured & packaged in a sterile environment when they were made in China. Sorry, but not sorry. Buying my bandages from China is a bit of a deal breaker. You were so close to getting 5 stars for shipping time and product quality until that pesky "Made in P.R.C." appeared on the outside package. At least the package stated the manufacture location.
