Best customer service ever.
EDIT: they reached out to me about my complain with the HDMI not working at my desired resolution and refresh rate as they advertised and they just gave me a full refund!! Don't even have to return it or anything basically got it for freeIts perfect, except for the fact that when you plug in the HDMI, its either 4k at 30fps or HD at 60 and you cant pick It randomly picks what it wants without allowing your device to change the resolution/frame rate. Not 4k@60. So a bit of false advertising thereAnd if the USB C port could just have data transfer support that wouldve been amazing. Just a cheap usb port has 480mbps. If bandwidth was low then atleast allow the data transfer on the charging port whenever HDMI isnt in use, or keyboard and mouse or something./SD,micro SD slots. Or simply add a headphone jack. Because people need this

Doesnt work as advertised.
I purchased this USB hub hoping to add additional storage to my Chromecast. This model met the specs as it can supply up to 100w via PD which should be more than enough to run the Chromecast and a USB stick. I chose 128gb so it shouldn't be an issue.I connected the USB hub to a 65w Anker charger and the light lit up white. Unfortunately connecting the hub to the Chromecast caused an error on the screen stating not enough power. I then tried a 100w Anker charger and again the same error message came up. Unfortunately it hasn't worked with my Chromecast and doesn't appear to be any good at PD power delivery which makes it pretty useless.Very disappointing purchase as it doesn't do as advertised.
