The media could not be loaded. The product came with everything as promised and more. You are given 4 velcro less for the bottom part and charging cords for each of them. The helmet itself is a little light around the nose and jaw but otherwise fits perfectly. The horns stay attached when stuck on. I would definitely recommend

Awesome fit. Easy to put together with added accessories. Comes with stickers to add to it as well. Cant wait to wear this for Otakon. Worth the price and quality.
